Getting started
Nova is an AI home screen that watches connected sources, catches what matters, preps the next move, and — the moment you tap approve — executes it. It is not a chatbot. Free AI waits for prompts. Nova prepares and acts on your approval.
Nova watches signals you've allowed (a forwarded email, a shared calendar, a saved reminder) and turns them into small cards with a clear next move. You approve. Free AI waits for you to ask.
No. Nova is a web app you save to your home screen. Under a minute, no app store. It looks and feels native on iOS and Android.
The Starter Bundle drops on first sign-in with a guided setup. Once you add a signal — an email forward, a calendar file, or a manual capture — Nova surfaces its first real card, usually within the hour.
Pricing & billing
Yes. Free Preview includes manual capture, .ics calendar import, email forwarding, approvals, and the full audit log. No card needed to start.
Account → Billing → Cancel. Two taps. Nova keeps working until the end of your paid period, then reverts to Free Preview. No dark patterns, no cancellation calls.
Yes — a 14-day refund policy for new paid subscriptions if Nova materially fails to deliver its core promise. Full policy in /terms §6.
Personal unlocks broker connections (Gmail, Calendar, WhatsApp) and the morning briefing. Plus deepens memory and adds more sources. Business adds team members and admin controls. See /pricing.
Annual billing is being rolled out. Monthly is live in every supported currency today. Annual price rows appear on /pricing once your region's price IDs are enabled.
Trust & control
No. Every external write (email, WhatsApp, calendar create) requires an explicit approval event. This is enforced in the database, not just the UI — the engine physically cannot mark a card 'sent' without a matching approval row.
Every item gets exactly one category — Needs you, Waiting, Money, FYI or Noise — before you read it. You can filter your inbox by category, and tapping a category chip recategorises the card.
Yes. Tap the chip on the card and pick the right one. Your choice always overrides Nova's, is never overwritten, and feeds what Nova learns about similar items.
Yes. Forward anything to your Nova address on the free tier and it arrives triaged. Connecting a broker source on a paid tier just means you stop having to forward.
Only the signals you connect. Free tier: what you forward or upload. Paid tiers: the brokers you explicitly authorize. You can revoke any connection any time from /permissions.
No. We never sell your data and never use your content to train a model we operate. Details in /privacy.
Lightweight preferences (which cards you approve, your typical hours) and explicit memories you save. Sensitive message bodies aren't stored verbatim — Nova stores the signal, not the payload.
Yes. Memory → Export gives you a JSON of everything. Deleting your account runs immediately — Nova wipes the same set of rows and removes your login there and then, and revokes any connected accounts. It isn't a queued 30-day job.
WhatsApp & connections
Email forwarding, calendar .ics import, and manual capture. That's enough to see Nova's approval loop end-to-end without any broker setup.
On paid tiers, connect WhatsApp via Unipile. Nova sends you briefings and approval prompts on WhatsApp — it never auto-replies to your contacts. You approve each send with a single tap.
The connect flow is live-probed. If the provider is warming up you'll see a 'Temporarily unavailable' pill rather than a raw error. Retry in a few minutes — Nova uses exponential backoff behind the scenes.
Yes. Briefings deliver at your local wake hour (default 07:00) from your profile timezone. If you travel, update your profile — Nova adjusts the next morning.
