Agents that notice. You still approve.
Not another chatbot. An operating system for your life.
Nova runs in the background across your email, calendar and renewals — catching what you’d have missed and preparing the next move, ready the moment you approve it.

Good morning, Naledi

Invoice #1042 — R4,820 unpaid
Waiting
Thabo hasn't replied in 6 days
Delivered before 07:00, daily.
01 · Before you wake
“I start the day already behind.”
The day is prepared before you are.
Renewals, money owed, replies overdue — read overnight and laid out in one short list.
02 · It notices
“Traffic decides my morning, not me.”
Nova noticed the traffic. The new time is ready for your tap.
It doesn't move your meeting. It writes the message that would, and waits for you.
03 · One tap
“I approve things three hours late.”
Approve it from the lock screen.
You never open an app to say yes. Nothing leaves your account before you do.
04 · It catches
“Bad news reaches me last.”
The delay landed. The heads-up was already written.
Nova read the delay notice and drafted the note to the person waiting for you.
05 · It sorts
“My forwarded email just piles up.”
This week's forwards, already in three piles.
Needs you. Waiting. Noise. Sorted before you opened any of them.
06 · Then it's done
“I never know if the thing actually went out.”
Ten seconds to change your mind. Then it goes.
Approve, and Nova holds it for ten seconds before sending. After that you get a receipt: what went, and to whom.
Every outcome above happened because you tapped approve. Nova prepares, drafts, finds and sorts — it never sends, books or moves anything on its own.
Try it yourself — no signupNova is early software: it reads what you forward, not your whole inbox, and it can miss things. See all the honest limits.
Four real days
Same promise, four different afternoons.
A counter, a bakkie, a desk, a kitchen table. In every one of them Nova prepared the move and waited for your tap.
Coffee shop · 09:12Freelancer chasing an invoice
Invoice #17 is twelve days late. Nova wrote the polite chase overnight. You read four lines and tapped approve.
Between sites · 11:40Owner driving, phone buzzes
Traffic doubled on the N2. Nova saw it and had the reschedule note ready before you finished coffee — one tap to send it.
Home · 20:05Evening admin catch-up
Nine forwards, one that mattered: the domain renewal, caught eleven days early. The rest folded into Noise.
Desk · 06:42Morning briefing before the day
Renewals, replies owed, deadlines — laid out before you sat down. Nothing sent yet. Everything ready.

The one rule Nova will not bend
Nova never takes an irreversible action without your tap.
Most of this category is moving the other way. More autonomy is the headline feature: assistants that send, book and schedule on your behalf, then explain afterwards. Nova takes the opposite position on purpose — it drafts, waits for your approval, and only then acts. That isn’t a setting or a promise about our intentions. It’s enforced below the app, in the database itself.
- Every action waits for your approval.
- Nova pings your WhatsApp — you approve with one tap in Nova.
- No auto-scheduling. No calendar reshuffles behind your back.
- Ten seconds to undo, before anything leaves your account.
- See exactly what Nova remembers, entry by entry.
- Export everything as JSON, or delete it all — no support ticket.
- Disconnect any source in one tap, any time.
Why you don't have to take our word for it
- A database rule, not a policy. Nova's own server is refused permission to mark anything as sent unless your approval was recorded first. Turning that off means changing the database, not a setting.
- The approval requirement can't be switched off. Not by you, not by us, not by a support agent — the database rejects the change.
- Every approval is written down permanently. Nova's audit trail is append-only: entries can be added, never quietly edited or deleted.
- Ten seconds to change your mind. Anything that leaves your account is held on a visible countdown first. Undo inside the window and the send never happened.
- A broken draft is refused, not sent. Nova checks its own drafts for unfilled blanks, mangled amounts and empty bodies before the approve button appears — and flags them to you rather than quietly rewriting.
Send invoice reminder to Ayanda — 12 days overdue.
"Hi Ayanda, just following up on invoice #17 — happy to split it if that helps."
Nothing sends until you tap Approve.

What Nova can’t do.
Two honest gaps, listed on purpose. Register interest and it counts as a vote — no date promised, no hype, no auto-charges.
What Nova won't pretend to do
The honest limits, up front.
The category is full of “one-click magic” and “saves-you-15-hours” claims. Here's what Nova genuinely does — and where it deliberately stops.
Nova drafts. It doesn't decide.
Every action lands in your inbox as a draft. Nothing sends, books, or pays without your tap — enforced at the database, not by us being polite.
Nova only sees what you connect.
A mailbox, calendar or WhatsApp you connect, forwarded email, notes you capture — source by source, and disconnecting stops the reading. No access to your bank, your phone's messages, or apps you haven't wired up.
Nova won't rush an irreversible move — even if you ask.
Sending, paying, booking, cancelling: always an approval draft, never auto-executed. Speed isn't worth an undo you can't have.
Nova doesn't train on you.
We don't operate a model. Provider calls run under paid API terms with training disabled where the provider offers that switch.
Every plan has a daily AI allowance.
Hit the cap and Nova pauses AI replies until the next day and tells you calmly. Manual cards, memory, and saved drafts keep working. Nothing gets charged.
The inversion
You don't prompt Nova. Nova prompts you.
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are excellent at answering — once you know what to ask. Nova watches the sources you connect, catches what would have slipped, and arrives with the next move already prepared. You can still ask Nova anything. The point is you rarely have to.

It learns you
Every edit teaches it. Every morning it knows you better.
Snooze it once, Nova notices. Dismiss it twice, Nova learns. Nova learns from what you do with its cards — the edits you make to a draft, the kinds you always act on, the ones you always skip — and reorders tomorrow morning around it. It learns from the sources you connected and nothing else.
And it’s one memory, not three. What Nova picks up from your mail is available to a calendar card or a renewal reminder without you telling it twice — most assistants keep a separate, forgetful memory per app. Every card still shows which source it came from, so you can check the reasoning.
See everything it’s learned — delete any of it — in Memory.

Nova prepares. You approve. Examples like “possible saving” or “worth reviewing” are suggestions — every send, payment or change waits for your tap.
Permission-first, by design.
Most assistants ask for your whole inbox on day one. Nova works the other way around — you decide what it sees, and it never acts without your tap.
You choose every source
Nova only sees what you connect. Nothing more, ever.
No inbox access required
Forward what matters or connect a calendar. Nova never reads your whole mailbox.
Nothing sends without your tap
Nova drafts and asks. You approve before anything leaves or changes.
Revoke anytime
Disconnect a source and Nova forgets it immediately — stored tokens are deleted.
