Renting vs. buying your Nova
So do I own the AI, or am I renting it?
You rent Nova the same way you rent Netflix or iCloud — a flat monthly price for a fully-managed AI home screen (models, hosting, memory, updates, support all included). If you want something you truly own end-to-end, choose a Custom Build: we build it once, hand over the setup, and you keep it. Either way, your data, your memory and your cards are always yours to export or delete.
What exactly is 'private' about Nova?
Your Nova is scoped to you. Nova never trains public models on your data. Memory is visible in a 'What Nova knows' panel — every entry is editable and erasable. Every source is opt-in and every outbound action is approval-first. Encrypted in transit and at rest. GDPR, POPIA and CCPA aligned.
Why is this 'sellable'? I'm not a reseller.
Two reasons small businesses ask. First, a Custom Build is a business asset — you can transfer it with your business if you sell. Second, agencies and consultants can package Nova Setups for their clients under a partner arrangement. What happens to my data if I cancel?

Can I move my Custom Build to my own hosting later?
Yes. The Keep-Alive plan (R99/month) is optional — if you'd rather host, monitor and update your own build, we hand over the code, prompts, and setup notes at handover. You'll want a competent developer to take it from there.

Nothing is deleted and nothing auto-charges. Free Preview has a daily card and AI allowance, not an expiry date — when you hit it, Nova pauses new AI drafts until the next day and says so plainly. Your cards, memory and forwarding address keep working. If you never upgrade, you stay on Free Preview indefinitely.
Does Business include team seats?+
Not yet — and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Business is one login with up to 3 connected accounts. There are no separate team members, no per-seat pricing and no admin console today. If you need shared team access, tell us and we will build it before we sell it.
Is the AI free or capped?+
Every Nova action runs on real AI that costs us to run, so each plan includes a fair-use allowance — Free Preview 3/day, Personal 30/day (600/month), Plus 80/day (2,000/month), Business 250/day (6,000/month). No overage charges, no surprise bills. If you hit the cap, Nova pauses AI replies until the next day and tells you calmly — manual cards, memory and saved drafts keep working. Heavier users can move up a plan or request a Custom Build sized to their work.
