How does approving by WhatsApp work?
Nova drafts a follow-up or reply, then sends you one WhatsApp message per waiting card. Reply to that message with its number — "1" — to approve it; "1 snooze" holds it for later, "1 no" skips it. The send only happens after that approval lands, never automatically. Anything that needs more than a one-word answer — editing the wording, fixing an amount, connecting a source — links you into Nova instead of guessing.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
No. Nova connects to your personal WhatsApp through a secure connector. Your Business account works too if you use one.
What about quiet hours?
Set them in Settings. Nova won't nudge outside your quiet hours, even if a draft is ready. It queues the card for the next allowed window.
Is my WhatsApp data safe?
Nova never reads messages you didn't approve, never posts without your reply, and stores approvals in an append-only audit log. You can revoke access in one tap.
