- Categories are a judgement call. Low-confidence ones are labelled as such, and your correction always wins over Nova's guess.

- Do I have to connect my email account?
- No. Forward anything to your private Nova address and it's triaged the same way. Connecting Gmail or Outlook so Nova watches on its own is available on Plus.
- What are the five categories?
- Needs you (a reply or decision is required), Waiting (you're owed something), Money (an amount is attached), FYI (nothing to do), and Noise (newsletters and promotions).
- What if Nova gets the category wrong?
- Tap the category chip and change it. Your correction is stored and Nova stops overwriting it.
- Can Nova reply for me automatically?
- No. Nova prepares the reply and shows you what will happen if you approve. The send is refused at the database unless an approval exists for that exact card.
