- Nova doesn't connect to your accounting package, so it doesn't know a payment has landed unless something tells it — a remittance email, or you marking it paid.
- It can't take payment. It chases; the money moves through your own channels.
Questions people actually ask.
- Does Nova send the follow-up on its own?
- Never. It writes it, shows you the recipient and the consequence, and waits. The database refuses the send without a matching approval for that card.
- Does it work with my invoicing tool?
- There's no direct integration yet. Forward the invoice email or snap the PDF and Nova takes it from there.
- How does Nova know it's been paid?
- From a remittance or confirmation that reaches it, or from you marking the card done. It won't keep chasing something you've closed.
- Will the follow-up sound like a robot?
- It's drafted in your tone and you can edit before approving. Nova learns from your edits and drafts closer next time.
