USE CASE · HOUSEHOLD
Six school emails. One of them has a date in it.
Forward the school and household mail. Nova pulls the dates, the amounts and the permission slips out of the newsletters and leaves you a short list.

What it costs you today
- The important line is paragraph nine of a newsletter.
- Two parents, two inboxes, one date that nobody put in a calendar.
- The payment deadline and the event date are never in the same message.
How Nova prepares it.
Send school, club and household mail to your private Nova address. Nothing needs to be connected.
Nova extracts the event, the deadline and any amount, and drops the newsletter body into FYI or Noise so it stops competing for attention.
A dated card per commitment, with the calendar entry or the reply prepared. Approve what's real; dismiss what isn't.
Example previews. Nova prepares — nothing sends, pays or changes without your tap.
What you need
Forward mail to your private Nova address, or capture something by hand. No connected account needed. Connecting Gmail, Outlook, calendar or WhatsApp so Nova watches automatically is available on Plus.
See all plansWhat Nova can’t do here yet
- Nova doesn't have a shared family account yet — each person forwards to their own Nova address.
- It prepares the calendar entry rather than writing straight into a shared family calendar unless you've connected one, which is available on Plus.
Questions people actually ask.
- Do I need to connect my personal email?
- No. Forwarding is enough, and it works on the Free Preview. Automatic watching is available on Plus.
- Can my partner and I share one Nova?
- Not yet. Shared household accounts are on the roadmap; today each person has their own.
- What happens to the newsletter itself?
- It's filed as FYI or Noise so it doesn't sit on your list. The date or payment inside it becomes its own card.
- Will it pick up amounts, like outing fees?
- If the amount is in the text, yes — it becomes a Money card with the due date attached.
